"missed day", fear,Mothers Day, a historical setting
Had a busy day, with mom being in town and going to a cousins graduation party, so I decided sadly to put up my first delayed illustration. This image will now be put up if I get too busy.
Prompt: Fear
Prompt: Mothers Day
Prompt: Historical Setting
I picked the setting of To Kill a Mockingbird
“Mockingbirds don’t do one thing but make music for us to enjoy. They don’t eat up people’s gardens, don’t nest in corncribs, they don’t do one thing but sing their hearts out for us. That’s why it’s a sin to kill a mockingbird.”

A graveyard
my prompt for today was actually a graveyard but I wanted to take a much less morbid view of it because on this day I have lost two very important people in my life.
My Aunt Charlotte passed away 11 years ago, at the time she was the aunt that lived the closest to my family. She worked in the local post office and I still go in that building expecting to see her. She was a wonderful aunt, such a sweet person.
My mentor and friend Adam Philippi, passed away 7 years ago. He is someone I still think of that had a huge effect on my spiritual walk. Adam touched many lives most likely more then he ever knew. I consider myself so lucky to have known him and been a friend.
